Fiona
Senior Manager, Director

Fiona has dedicated her career to the care profession and has over 20 years' experience. Fiona started off her career working for Salford Royal Hospital and was soon promoted to Ward Sister. When Fiona opened Abbeycliffe in 2013 as the Registered Manager, she used her experience to transform the home into a friendly, family-run Residential Care Home that has since gained an excellent reputation. When the home became fully established, she appointed Hayley as the Registered Manager and pursued her new role as the Senior Manager. Fiona's responsibilities include auditing, HR, recruitment and ensures compliance with laws and regulations (policies and procedures), etc.

Hayley
Registered Manager

Hayley has dedicated her career to the care profession and has over 35 years' experience in the industry. Hayley came to Abbeycliffe as the Deputy Manager in 2014 and was soon promoted to Registered Manager. Hayley has become a highly valued member of the company and has continued to achieve high standards for the home. She is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the home, including managing staff, promoting residents’ rights, ensuring the quality of service meets national care standards, and provide information, advice and support to residents, families and staff, etc.

Michelle
Deputy Manager

Michelle is a highly qualified Deputy Manager with over 15 years' in the industry. Her main responsibilities include assisting the Registered Manager, Hayley, with all aspects of managing the home and will deputise in her absence. She is also responsible for maintaining and monitoring high quality care whilst also leading an effective team.

Sonia
Business Manager, Activities Co-Ordinator, Director

After achieving a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, and working part-time as a Care Assistant, Sonia joined the family business in 2018. As the Business Manager, Sonia is responsible for managing company budgets, forecasts, home improvements, procurement, and dealing with all other business matters. Sonia is also our Activities Co-ordinator and is now responsible for all upcoming activities and events.
